A Dream That Has Come True
1986 – Building Three Angels Broadcasting Network's first studio in Illinois.
On November 15, 1984, Danny Shelton, a carpenter from the United States, was watching a Christian television program. Concerned about the way people's opinions were presented as Bible truths, he was impressed to build a television station that would reach the world with the undiluted message of the Gospel. Without previous experience in television, available funds, or necessary equipment, he stepped out in faith to start a new venture.
After a series of amazing faith experiences, Danny came into possession of television equipment and property that later proved to be the only place in the local area that could be used to uplink satellite broadcasts. Soon, the new network started to receive donations and be supported by volunteer workers. By 1987, the studio was airing Christian programming 18 hours daily.
